See your business the way local customers see it on Google.

Getting Found Local helps San Jose and Bay Area businesses improve how they show up in search, how their website turns visitors into calls, and how easily customers decide to reach out.

Founder-led, local, and focused on practical fixes that help real customers find and choose you.

Before a customer calls, they already judged your business

They searched on Google. They compared your reviews. They looked at your photos. They checked your website. They scanned your services. They looked for your phone number. They decided whether you looked trustworthy enough to contact.

It happens in seconds, mostly without anyone realizing it. If the answers below are not obvious, they move on to the next option.

Most local businesses do not lose customers because they are bad at their work. They lose them because people cannot find them, cannot quickly understand what they offer, do not see enough trust, or are not given a clear reason to call. Getting Found Local helps you improve that entire path, so more of the right customers can find you, understand what you offer, and feel confident reaching out.

We look at your presence the way a customer does, then help fix the gaps

Not a generic SEO report. A practical, customer-view review of what people actually see when they search for you, compare you, and decide.

How it works

1
We look at how customers find you. What shows up when someone searches for your service in your area.
2
We check what they see first. Your profile, your reviews, your website, your services, the way a real customer would.
3
We identify what may be costing calls. The small gaps that make someone hesitate or pick a competitor.
4
We give you a clear action plan. Plain English, prioritized by impact, no jargon.
5
We help fix the highest-impact items first. If it makes sense to work together, month to month, no long contracts.

Services

Practical help, named plainly. Each of these removes friction somewhere on the path a customer takes before they call. No jargon, and no ranking guarantees, because anyone who promises a specific rank is guessing.

Local Visibility Audit

What it fixes: the blind spot. Most owners have never seen their business the way a searching customer sees it.

Why it matters: you cannot fix gaps you cannot see. This shows them clearly.

What I look for: search visibility, profile, reviews, website first impression, service clarity, and contact flow.

Outcome: a prioritized, plain-English action plan.

Google Business Profile Optimization

What it fixes: an incomplete or under-used profile that keeps you out of the local map results.

Why it matters: the profile is often the first and only thing a customer sees before deciding.

What I look for: categories, services, photos, posts, hours, and review activity.

Outcome: makes it easier for nearby customers to find and trust you.

Website Conversion Cleanup

What it fixes: a site that gets visitors but does not make it obvious how to take the next step.

Why it matters: a confused visitor leaves. A clear one calls.

What I look for: the headline, the call to action, click-to-call, forms, and mobile clarity.

Outcome: removes friction before someone reaches out.

Local SEO Foundation

What it fixes: the basics that help Google understand what you do and where you do it.

Why it matters: if Google is unsure, you do not show up for the searches that matter.

What I look for: titles, on-page clarity, consistent name, address, and phone, and local relevance.

Outcome: makes it easier for the right people to find you.

Service Page and Location Page Buildout

What it fixes: important services and service areas buried or missing from the site.

Why it matters: customers and Google both need a clear page for what they are looking for.

What I look for: which high-value services and cities have no dedicated, clear page.

Outcome: your best services become easy to find and understand.

Review and Trust Signal Strategy

What it fixes: too few recent reviews, or reviews that go unanswered.

Why it matters: reviews are one of the strongest trust signals a customer checks.

What I look for: review count and recency versus nearby competitors, and your response habits.

Outcome: strengthens trust at the moment someone is deciding.

Monthly Local SEO Support

What it fixes: the fact that local visibility needs steady upkeep, not a one-time push.

Why it matters: competitors keep moving, and so should you.

What I look for: ongoing posts, new pages, review activity, and a clear monthly report.

Outcome: consistent progress, month to month, no long contracts.

What a local visibility audit looks like

This is an example of my process and the way I think, not a paid client result. When I run a real audit for you, every finding is specific to your business and verified before I share it.

1. Search first impression

I search the way a customer would, for example "your service near me" or "your service in your city," and note whether you appear, where, and how you stack up against the businesses around you.

2. Google Business Profile review

Is the profile claimed and complete? Right categories, services listed, recent photos, posts, accurate hours. These details decide whether you make the shortlist.

3. Website first impression

On a phone, in five seconds, is it clear who you are, what you do, and how to contact you? A confused visitor leaves.

4. Service clarity

Are your most valuable services easy to find and easy to understand, or buried in a menu? Customers do not dig.

5. Trust signals

Review count and recency versus nearby competitors, whether you respond to reviews, and other signals that tell a customer you are a safe choice.

6. Call-to-action and contact flow

Is the phone number obvious? Can someone request a quote or appointment in a few taps, or do they hit friction and give up?

7. Competitor comparison

A quick, honest look at how a competitor shows up next to you, and where they look like the easier or more trustworthy option.

8. Quick-win recommendations

The three or four highest-impact fixes, in plain English, ordered so you know exactly where to start.

About Rayyan

I am Rayyan Ali, the founder of Getting Found Local, a San Jose-based local visibility studio. I help local businesses win the moment that decides everything: when a nearby customer searches on Google and chooses who to call. That is the part most owners do not have time to manage well, and it is exactly where I focus.

I am a UC Riverside graduate with years of experience building websites and digital systems for businesses and organizations. I work directly with every client and do the work myself, so nothing gets lost in handoffs or buried under layers of account managers.

My approach is precise and customer-first. I study your business the way a real customer does: what they find, what they see first, what makes them hesitate, and what makes a competitor look like the safer choice. Then I close those gaps with practical, high-impact fixes.
